Spurs Vs Wolves preview

We return to action against Wolves today, who are a very dangerous side, if you don’t manage them correctly. They are off the back of a 0-0 draw with Fulham, and have just smashed their transfer record, signing Portuguese star, Matheus Nunes for £42m from Sporting Lisbon. He will most likely start for Wolves against us, which will be a huge boost for them. We need to be careful of the threat that Wolves pose on the counter attack, and their quality in the engine room. The Spurs midfielders will face a huge task to match them in the middle, with Neves, Nunes and Dendoncker all likely to start.

As for us, I’d say we weren’t great against Chelsea, but we never are at Stamford Bridge, so to pick up a point has to be seen as a positive. Another positive is that Antonio Conte WILL be on the touchline, which is a huge boost to the team. As for the Spurs team news, Skippy remains out with his heel fracture, however he’ll be back running soon. Romero is also out due to a precaution, Conte said ‘it would be stupid to take a risk on Cuti.’ Due to that my predicted lineup is as follows:

Both sides need a win today, I expect it to be a big battle on the pitch, tactically, physically and mentally. But hopefully we can grab all three points at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium today. It would be a super result! COYS!
